Domestic shipment (within USA)
Unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer, shipments within the USA will be made on Monday through Wednesday using FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping and handling costs including infectious material-specific packaging with copious dry ice will be added to the invoice. The shopping cart will reflect the prices for all items and shipping and handling charges for a single package with a maximum of 50 mL of infectious material per package. For orders with more than 50 mL of material, additional package will be required and extra shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Customer will be notified of all additional charges.
International shipment (outside USA)
FedEx International Priority is the default service for international shipments to most countries, while World Courier is used for shipments to select countries (e.g., China). Depending on the transit time required to reach the destination countries, we will arrange with the carriers and time the shipment to ensure the shortest transit time as possible. Shipping and handling costs including infectious material-specific packaging with copious dry ice will be added to the invoice. Custom duty and tax vary depending on destination country and are also added to the final invoice. Please email us at order@viratree.com for details.
